Hagerstown police said they are investigating a robbery that happened Friday at M&T Bank at 32 N. Potomac St.

A man entered the bank branch near Hagerstown City Hall and demanded money. He did not show a weapon, but mentioned having one, police said in a news release.

He was given money and left the area on foot, police said. He was last seen running east.
