SOUTHERN AIRWAYS ANNOUNCES HAGERSTOWN TO BALTIMORE DAILY SERVICE

MEMPHIS, TN (October 6, 2016) — June 1. Southern Airways is pleased to announce the launch of new daily service connecting Hagerstown, Md. to Baltimore beginning Nov. 19. It's the first service from the city to Baltimore since 2012.
As part of the move, Southern is changing its East Coast hub for Hagerstown from IAD-Washington/Dulles to BWI - Baltimore/Washington. Pittsburgh flights from Hagerstown will remain unchanged, and Southern will continue to operate its Dulles hub from other cities.
"We are excited to offer this service change to the people of Hagerstown," said Keith Sisson, chief marketing officer of Southern. "Historically, BWI - Baltimore/Washington has been a great hub for the people of Hagerstown, this combined with our Pittsburgh hub for the city gives our passengers multiple options for air travel."
Tickets are on sale at the airline's website, www.iFlySouthern.com as well as major online travel sites. Fares start at $29 each way.

BWI - Baltimore/Washington is the 22nd busiest airport in the United States, serving about 24 million passengers per year. Commercial airline service at BWI - Baltimore/Washington includes more than 300 daily nonstop departures and flights to 80 domestic and international destinations.

Since acquiring Sun Air Express in February, Southern has rebranded the airline, the results of which led to Hagerstown enplanements increasing 32 percent since the beginning of 2016.
